Chamber Meeting Space Availability

Blount County Chamber members have access to two meeting spaces located in the Chamber building at 201 S. Washington Street. Sending employees to training seminars cost your business time and money. Consider using our Boardroom to participate in webinars or teleconferencing seminars that are offered through your national organizations or associations. Consider inviting potential customers or clients for briefings about your business or take advantage of the Chamber's meeting space for off-site staff retreats.

Board Room

The capacity for the Chamber board room is 60 people. The rental fee for this room is $40 for four hours or less and $80 for all day. The room is available during office hours, Monday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. *Multi Media Equipment available upon request for a small fee.  

The room is available during evening hours, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  No weekend bookings. The rental fee is $50. *Multi Media Equipment is not avaialbe during evening hours. 

Conference Room

A smaller conference room is also available and will accommodate 15 people. The rental fee for this room is $25 for four hours or less if used before 5:00 p.m. and $35 if rented more than four hours or used after 5:00 pm.

The room is available during evening hours, 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. No weekend bookings. The rental fee is $35.

All meetings of the Blount Partnership will have first priority in the reservation of the meeting spaces.
