Air Quality Improvement Committee responsibilities:

  • Attend quarterly meetings.
  • Select and coordinate speakers for meetings.
  • Plan annual Earth Round Up event
  • Submit to the Board any request for funds to carry out a proposed program not included in the budget.
  • Encourage others to become involved in air quality issues and help spread the word.

Goals:

  • To educate the business community about the need to address clean air issues
  • To develop ways to communicate the need for clean air.
  • To share information on what you can do to help air quality in our region.
  • To lobby for changes in regulations that promotes clean air.
